The 7th District is now the party district of Budapest, on the Pest side of the city. It has a real hub of activity especially at night. Bars open on the main boulevard "körút" and it heaves with people who spill out of the pubs to drink, smoke, and talk. Cars pass constantly, and trams drop off new arrivals to the scene all the time.
There are many streets to walk. Some quieter than others, some with less traffic and a greater concentration of people. I walked amongst the crowds, went in and out of pubs and bars, capturing laughs, shouts, and the one obnoxious drunk ejected from a venue.
It is an interesting place. There are so many different languages to listen to. Everyone young and carefree. Wonderful stuff!
